MITA Nutra is a health and fitness company that serves anyone interested in these topics. From supplementation that can aid in health, fitness, and performance, to workouts, books, meal plans, and cookbooks, our services are focused, but not limited, to men wanting to improve their performance in various areas of life.

MITA Nutra is owned and operated by Man in the Arena Inc, a corporation registered in and operating out of the Province of Alberta, Canada. We manufacture out of Ontario Canada, and fulfill out of Utah and/or Texas, in the United States of America.

In order to use our Service, you must meet a number of conditions, including but not limited to:

• To use any paid portion of our Service, you must be the minimum age required to enter into a contract in the area in which you reside, and, in any event, must not be less than 18 years of age.

• To use any unpaid portion of our Service, you must be at least 13 years of age.

• You must provide us with personal information, payment information, and other information that we deem necessary to provide you with our Service.

In the context of electronic messaging, spam refers to unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose. We provide a facility that enables users to send email messages / private messages to others. Subscriptions

By entering into a subscription, you agree to be charged by the interval and date of your choosing. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@mitanutra.com, or calling our support line, or by signing into your account and cancelling the subscription. If you ordered a subscription accidentally, please email support and we’ll cancel it, or again, cancel it in your account. Once you order a subscription of any product, service, or group of products, you’ll be charged on the interval of your choosing. If you want to cancel, please cancel before you are charged. If the order is shipped, we will have to get you to return the product before we can issue any refunds.

MITA Nutra provides health, fitness, and performance information that it believes is of use. That said, MITA Nutra’s articles are not written by medical professionals, and should be read for informational purposes only. All of the information we provide is intended for informational purposes only, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any health conditions.
